It's good to hear from you Conrad. I was reading your blog today as it happens and note you have been very active and enjoying life.Just after Christmas 2024 Lynne's 98 year old mum fell and broke her hip. She had a partial hip replacement three days later with a four month stay in her local Community Hospital. There followed a search for a suitable care home, clearing of her house and all the associated hassle which lasted throughout the summer of 2025. She is 100 in August. We managed our usual holiday at Braemar last September but haven't been away since then, just snatching days in the Ochils every so often. We are planning to get away soon but won't go too far and in June, hopefully, we'll get into Knoydart and Shenavall area with the tent for four of our remaining 13 Corbetts. The Corbetts could have been and should have been completed 20 years ago!
