There are no midges up here as yet and I haven't picked up a single tick. Hope the weather keeps fine - for all of us!

Thanks for that midge & tick report. Looking at the weather forecasts I don't see a problem with midges - they'll all either be blown to Norway & England or drowned.

Thanks Gibson. One day we may bump into you! We are looking forward to the trip, and to a week in Torridon in June. In the meantime I must update my own pages for the weekend's activities, then maybe open the gear cupboard (that can wait...)
