I searched on Memory Map and found 7 Creag Gharbhs and eventually presumed it is the one south of Loch Tay. Anyway, it's good to see you out and about.
I notice on your previous post you use latitude and longitude rather than OS grid. I prefer the latter as thee seems to be more room for error with lat/long inputting a greater number of fiddly numbers, letters, punctuation and spaces. I would be interested to hear your comment.
I thought "Haven't I been up a hill of that name recently?", so like Conrad I searched MemoryMap, before deciding to try the Hills List instead, which told me the only Graham of that name is indeed the one I was up a week last Monday. Look like you had better weather than I did!
Sir Hugh - I now have 4G and checking my post I fail to find any reference to latitude and longitude. Can you point it out to me. I much prefer OS Grid.
Creag Gharbh is a fine viewpoint and the approach from Ardeonaig partly using the Rob Roy Way was very enjoyable.

ReplyDeleteGayle - after a hazy start, clarity at the top was good. I missed your post so will go have a look while I'm blessed with 4G over a coffee in Kenmore.

Sorry - it was just a quick glance that made me think it was lat/long, but I now see it is OS grid. glad to hear you concur.
